Customer satisfaction key to AAM Group's growth
At the end of 2016, Alliance Asset Management commissioned an independent Customer Service survey across several hundred Customers to understand its perceived strengths and positives, but also to identify areas for ongoing improvements. The overall response was exceptional and over 93% of Customers reported only positive feedback.
The main area for improvement was that very few Customers appreciated that Alliance offer more than the one service they are currently using.
In light of that feedback, the business is now completing a major re-branding exercise to become the AAM Group - with clear brands for each sector, namely BestCarFinder for small fleets and personal leasing; Alliance Rental and Alliance Leasing for SME and large Corporate fleets; Education Vehicle Alliance for schools, universities and academies; and Alliance Fleetcentre providing fleet and funding for the independent Daily Rental market.
