Jeremy Lavallin - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer


A serial asset management professional.  Jeremy established AAM Group in 1995 after a variety of senior roles within the sector. Jeremy is an accomplished strategist and likes to lead from the front, encouraging and guiding his team along the way.

Colin Mather - Chief Operating Officer

Colin joined AAM Group in 2013 and oversees all of AAM's day-to-day operations. Colin has a wealth of experience across the automotive sector and has re-focused AAM's ways of working, including operational processes and systems, Funder and Manufacturer relationships establishing AAM Group in brand new markets.

Under Colin's leadership, Alliance's funded fleet has grown three-fold in the last three years, and has built a structure to accommodate significant growth whilst maintaining the high levels of service Customers have always enjoyed. 

Mark Thompson - Group Services Director


Mark joined Alliance in 2010 and after a brief spell in operations took on the role of Rental Services Director to further develop Alliance's corporate rental business.

With 20 years experience in the automotive fleet sector, Mark has been instrumental in transforming Alliance Rental into one of the UK's largest independent Rental Management companies, with exceptionally strong relationships with every major rental company, as well as building a carefully managed network of independent and specialist Suppliers to provide all vehicles in all locations. 

Alliance Rental's success comes from the company's ability to derive significant value for Customers and Suppliers alike; to create unique solutions and to demonstrate how AAM Group can save Customers valuable time, money and administration. Mark will also be a key driver in Alliance's future growth through his involvement in Group Marketing.


Duncan Chumley  - Chief Commercial Officer


Duncan has over 20+ years Industry years experience Working in Director roles for Citroen UK, Bank PSA Free2Move and Daimler. One of Duncan’s key strength’s is implementing strategic growth business plans.  


Riane Cooke - Group Projects Manager


Riane has been part of the AAM Group family for over 13 years, and has held a number of positions across the Business. With a background in contact centre management, Riane has long been the champion of Customer Service and her remit includes data management, process improvement and working with all parts of the Business to bring a Customer focus.

As AAM Group continues to grow, Riane will ensure that systems and processes support AAM Group's Customers' needs and that services can be accessed easily.
