Kevin Finn - Chief Executive Officer
Joining Alliance in September 2017, Kevin is also current Chairman of Autologic Diagnostics Ltd. Prior to this, Kevin was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of National Service Network (NSN). Kevin started the business from the beginning and in seven years the company had an £18m turnover culminating in a successful sale to a UK PLC in June 2008. Kevin then acquired Motor Consult & Management (MCM) as a loss making business. Over five years he established the business as the industry leader, for service and maintenance forecasting data and consultancy services.
Kevin has General Management experience across the retail automotive sector including fleet and leasing, rental, and data. Kevin is currently Chairman or non-exec Director of five automotive companies and advisor/panel member of venture capital funds including Rothschild and Lloyds Development Capital.
Colin Mather - Chief Operating Officer
Colin joined AAM Group in 2013 and oversees all of AAM's day-to-day operations. Colin has a wealth of experience across the automotive sector and has re-focused AAM's ways of working, including operational processes and systems, Funder and Manufacturer relationships establishing AAM Group in brand new markets.
Under Colin's leadership, Alliance's funded fleet has grown three-fold in the last three years, and has built a structure to accommodate significant growth whilst maintaining the high levels of service Customers have always enjoyed.
Mark Thompson - Group Services Director
Mark joined Alliance in 2010 and after a brief spell in operations took on the role of Rental Services Director to further develop Alliance's corporate rental business.
With 20 years experience in the automotive fleet sector, Mark has been instrumental in transforming Alliance Rental into one of the UK's largest independent Rental Management companies, with exceptionally strong relationships with every major rental company, as well as building a carefully managed network of independent and specialist Suppliers to provide all vehicles in all locations.
Alliance Rental's success comes from the company's ability to derive significant value for Customers and Suppliers alike; to create unique solutions and to demonstrate how AAM Group can save Customers valuable time, money and administration. Mark will also be a key driver in Alliance's future growth through his involvement in Group Marketing.
Paul Fletcher - Head of Marketing
With in excess of 20 years sales experience in the Automotive Fleet sector, Paul was the obvious choice to take AAM Group's sales and account management teams on to the next level of success.
Joining in 2016, Paul has been tasked with driving Best Practice processes across the sales and account management teams working in all of AAM Group's markets. The principle of "under-promising and over-delivering" is helping to ensure that, under Paul's guidance, customer retention and customer satisfaction are maintained at industry-leading levels.
Part of AAM Group's strategy is to increase the number of services taken by each Customer, and Paul brings a wealth of experience in offering the more consultative approach, but tailored to the very unique needs of AAM Group's varied Customer base.
Mark Roberts - Business Development Director
Mark has been with AAM Group since its inception, and has been a key contributor to the Company's evolution and growth. Mark has worked in operations, sales, purchasing and funding. In more recent times, Mark has spearheaded the sales growth of Alliance Rental, and has built and maintained long-lasting relationships with some of the UK's largest and most complex users of vehicle rental.
With over 20 years' experience in a Customer facing role, and having sold all of AAM Group's products at one time, Mark is AAM Group's longest serving brand ambassador.
Riane Cooke - Group Projects Manager
Riane has been part of the AAM Group family for over 13 years, and has held a number of positions across the Business. With a background in contact centre management, Riane has long been the champion of Customer Service and her remit includes data management, process improvement and working with all parts of the Business to bring a Customer focus.
As AAM Group continues to grow, Riane will ensure that systems and processes support AAM Group's Customers' needs and that services can be accessed easily.
Leanne Carpenter - Rental Customer Services Manager
Leanne joined AAM Group in 2014 and heads up our growing Alliance Rental customer services team. With numerous years of experience across a wide range of business sectors and having been a vehicle rental user in a previous role, Leanne is ideally-placed to lead the team in delivering solutions from one day to a year and more.
Leanne has built a strong team, with extensive knowledge of vehicle rental and works closely with a growing network of Suppliers to manage some of the most complex requirements in the market today and pride themselves on the highest level of customer service and retention.
